1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the MyConsent platform (“Service”), provided by Trifork A/S, CVR 20921897, Runen 3, Lisbjerg, 8200 Aarhus N, Denmark (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these Terms.

 

2. The Service

MyConsent is a SaaS platform that enables organizations to create and manage digital consent records with individuals, including associating consent to media (e.g., photos).

 

3. Account Types and Responsibility

  • Business accounts are used by companies to send and manage consent requests.
  • Individual users respond to consent requests and manage their own data.

All users must provide accurate information and only represent themselves or their organization. Impersonation or unauthorized use is prohibited.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

MyConsent is a paid service. Access to features is granted upon payment according to your chosen subscription. Specific pricing and billing terms are provided during signup.

 

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the service lawfully and in accordance with GDPR
  • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, abuse, or illegal activity.

 

6. Termination and Deletion

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

Data associated with deleted accounts will be removed unless required for legal compliance.

 

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, design, and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Trifork A/S. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

 

8. Liability

We provide the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform, except as required by law.

 

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website and notified to users where appropriate.
